Rigid Cell Filters 

The Aerostar® Fiberglass Rigid Cell is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter.  The high lofted ultrafine fiberglass media provides excellent dust holding capacity and coupled with its rigid construction virtually eliminates dust particle unloading downstream of the filter. Filter is suitable for most commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

The Aerostar® Synthetic Rigid Cell is an extended surface, medium to high efficiency filter.  The high lofted ultrafine synthetic media provides excellent dust holding capacity and coupled with its rigid construction virtually eliminates dust particle unloading downstream of the filter. The elimination of media fiber shedding; commonly found with traditional fiberglass media. Filter is suitable for most commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

• Available in a MERV 10, 11, 13 and 15
• Box-style and single header available
• 6” or 12” depths
• Galvanized steel frame
• Can be used as a pre-filter or final filter depending on application
• Robust filter withstands unfavorable conditions especially variable air volume (VAV)
